Burpees! This is a killer, but soooo good!!! I do 2 sets of 25, but you can do 5 or 10. If you can't do pushups at least get in the position and then come back up and jump as high as possible. You can walk or run 1 mile before and make sure you stretch... But most importantly, have FUN and listen to your body!!!
